Pilates can be practiced to improve your fitness, as well as to improve and relieve pain for existing ailments. Whether you want to improve your golf swing, prepare your muscles for the next marathon or get your core muscles ready for the next day at the office.
I personally train according to the STOTT PILATES method, which can be performed by men and women of all ages in order to develop optimal strength, flexibility, endurance and posture without gaining mass or putting stress on the joints.
The trainings can be held either in English or German.
