Nice to have you here. I am Naphat, founder of Pilates am Achensee, and my passion is helping people feel strong, flexible, and comfortable in their bodies again.
Movement has always been central to my life. But only through Pilates did I understand what intelligent training really means: It’s not about "higher, faster, further," but about precision, control, and the deep connection between body and mind.
Why my expertise is your greatest benefit: My goal is to offer you the highest possible quality in training. That's why I am not only comprehensively trained in Pilates but have also supplemented my method with modern fascia training.
