About me

Since I've always been a sports enthusiast, I completed a sports degree at Mahidol University in Thailand, which I completed with a Bachelor in Sports Science. 

After my studies, I worked as a fitness trainer in the hotel industry, where I mainly taught aerobics, strength training and yoga. In yoga, I have taught the static IYENKA yoga and also the more dynamic ASHTANGA yoga. In my last two years in the hospitality industry, I had the chance to learn more about Pilates, which has become my preferred training method. 

In 2007 I completed my first training at the PhysicalMind Institute® and from there on I worked as a certified Pilates trainer. After a few years as a Pilates trainer for different studios, my dream came true and in 2014 I became a partner in the ILOVEPILATES studio in Bangkok. 

Since then I have been teaching according to the STOTT PILATES ® Method and have been a fully certified Stott Pilates trainer since 2019. The STOTT PILATES Method is a modern approach to the original training method developed by Joseph Pilates. This was developed by Lindsay G. Merrithew and Moira Merrithew together with a team of physical therapists, sports medicine specialists and fitness professionals. 

After moving from Thailand to Austria in 2020 I have been running a small studio at home where I can teach people either alone or in pairs.
