My Pilates training is designed to suit both beginners and advanced practitioners. Whether you want to improve your golf swing, prepare for a marathon, or strengthen your posture to alleviate daily discomfort, I create a program that fits your lifestyle and aspirations perfectly.

At the heart of my approach is the STOTT PILATES method, a modern technique that focuses on building strength, flexibility, endurance, and a healthy posture. This method is gentle on the joints and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to reconnect with your body.

I strive to create a welcoming atmosphere in my studio where you can feel at ease. Our sessions can be conducted in either English or German—whichever you prefer.
